  • Therapeutic Massage 60 min $70
    This massage is your typical “working out the kinks” massage, it involves the process of applying various massage techniques to the muscles, tendons, ligaments, and a form of connective tissue called fascia. Therapeutic massage may include kneading, stretching, compression, rocking, friction and the application of controlled pressure. Your therapist will customize your session to fit your specific needs and will focus on your problem areas. Therapeutic massage uses medium to firm pressure.

  • Deep Tissue Massage 60 min $75
    Deep, firm pressure stimulates circulation, relieves tension and enhances flexibility. It is especially helpful for chronically tense and contracted areas such as stiff necks, low back tightness, and sore shoulders.  Your therapist may incorporate trigger point work, cross fiber friction, myofacial or neuro-muscular therapy techniques, as well as knuckles, elbows, and forearms.

  • Myofascial Release 60 min $95
    John F. Barnes Myofascial Release Approach is a safe and very effective hands-on technique that involves applying gentle sustained pressure into the Myofascial connective tissue restrictions to eliminate pain and restore motion.  Each sessions is preformed directly on skin without oils or creams. This enables the therapist to accurately detect fascial restrictions and apply the appropriate amount of sustained pressure to facilitate release of the fascia.

    This therapy uses a gentle hands-on technique that works with the body's craniosacral system to support and nourish the central nervous system improving overall health and well-being. Releasing restrictions helps to alleviate aches and pains.

  • Reiki Session 30 min $30
    An Ancient and sacred healing technique that redirects energy in the body by using warm and nurturing hand placements, through which concentrated life-force energy is channeled. Blockages are released and energy stimulated. This healing energy work is especially beneficial when recovering from an illness.
